Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon and forward Mirko Vucinic will miss Saturday's clash with Serie A co-leader Napoli.

Buffon has a left thigh muscle injury that also forced him to sit out Italy's 3-1 win over Denmark on Tuesday.

Vucinic, who has been Juve's top forward this season, has a fever.

Both players were left off Juve's squad for the biggest match of the Italian season thus far.

Marco Storari will likely replace Buffon in goal, while Sebastian Giovinco, Alessandro Matri, Fabio Quagliarella and Nicklas Bendtner are Juve's other options at forward.

Juve and Napoli are each four points ahead of Lazio and Inter Milan, with head-to-head records the first tiebreaker in Serie A.
