Juventus beat Maccabi Haifa 1-0 on Wednesday behind a goal from defender Giorgio Chiellini to record its first win in the Champions League group stage.
Chiellini scored the winner in the 47th minute and Maccabi Haifa's Tiago Dutra was sent off in the 69th for a foul on the Italy defender.
