The 20-year-old, who is a product of the Ajax youth system, made his debut against Vitesse Arnhem in August. NAC's technical director Jeffret van As said: "We have followed Florian for a long time. We see him as a winger. At Ajax he played generally on the right wing, but it can also be used to link play."
