Johnson pulls out of England squad

Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has become the fifth member of Stuart Pearce's England squad to withdraw from Wednesday's friendly against Holland at Wembley.
Although Johnson trained on Tuesday morning, he then reported a minor problem.
The Football Association have not specified precisely what the injury is, although it is only believed Johnson has returned to Liverpool as a precaution.
Johnson is the second right-back to be ruled out but with Micah Richards, Phil Jones and Chris Smalling all capable of operating in the role.
Pearce has opted to draft in Manchester City centre-back Joleon Lescott, a surprise omission in the first place.
Interestingly, Pearce has only three recognised strikers in his squad, who have just four caps between them and a grand total of 82 minutes on the pitch.
It suggests either Danny Welbeck, Daniel Sturridge or Fraizer Campbell, or possibly all three, will have some significant involvement.
