Two sides coming off the back of morale-boosting European results will lock horns in Serie A on Sunday as Inter Milan host Juventus.

The win lifted the Nerazzurri to joint top spot in Group A, and they will now seek to resume winning ways in Serie A when Luigi Del Neri's men visit.

Benitez was delighted with what he saw.

"It was the confirmation of the great play that the team has displayed so far," he said.

"It was important for us to win, not only to get our European campaign on track but also to bounce back from our first defeat of the season at Roma.

"We now have to see if we can recover some injured players in view of the game against Juventus.

"I think Juve are a good side, they do not fear us and I expect a great game."

Inter are still without the likes of injured Javier Zanetti, Thiago Motta and Marco Materazzi.

The Nerazzurri are hoping to have Argentina striker Diego Milito available after he was injured during last weekend's 1-0 loss at Roma.

With Milito doubtful, in-form Samuel Eto'o is set to lead Inter's attack alongside Goran Pandev and Wesley Sneijder.

Eto'o scored a hat-trick against Werder and is the joint Serie A leading scorer alongside Napoli's Edison Cavani with five goals.

Juve travel to the San Siro inspired by their midweek 1-1 Europa League draw at Manchester City.

The result followed their 4-2 win over Cagliari.

"I am satisfied with how my team performed," said Del Neri. "Everybody thought we would lose this game but my players showed a lot of focus.

"I am calm ahead of the match at Inter. I believe my players can do well."

Juve, who lie ninth, three points behind joint Serie A leaders Inter and Lazio, are set to welcome back forward Amauri, who missed the clash at City through a muscle injury.
