League leader PSG moved provisionally eight points clear of Angers and Caen, which travel to Toulouse and Reims later.
PSG was without five regular starters through injury and suspension, while Thiago Motta spent the first hour on the bench.
Ibrahimovic also appeared to be offside for the opening goal when Javier Pastore found Edinson Cavani on the right and he crossed in for the Swede to tap home.
