Hulse impressed by Addicks
Rob Hulse feels Charlton have plenty going for them this season despite seeing his new side fall to defeat in his first match.
The striker made his debut as a late substitute in Tuesday night's 2-1 home defeat by Watford, 24 hours after joining on loan from QPR, and could start at Blackpool on Saturday.
"It was disappointing, but after my first look at the team I think we're a good side and we were a bit unlucky," said Hulse.
"There are lots of good players here, and at this level you have got to play as a team. It's a good side with lots of energy and I'd take heart from seeing that.
"It's a young side and there are some talented boys here. Obviously they were very down but I see it turning very quickly.
"We just need to be a bit shrewder in front of goal and perhaps not give away free-kicks because, at this level, you get punished."
