Hamilton manager Billy Reid hopes to have Nigel Hasselbaink back for the clash with the Buddies. The Dutch forward has been struggling with a knee injury in recent weeks. Skipper Alex Neil (hip) and long-term casualty James Gibson remain on the sidelines. St Mirren will be without Michael Higdon for the game after he was sent off against Motherwell last week. Steven Thomson, Steven Robb, David Barron and Paul Gallacher all played 90 minutes of a bounce game against Rangers in midweek and could all start.
