Carlos Ruiz scored in the first half to give Guatemala a 1-0 win over Antigua and Barbuda in CONCACAF qualifying for the 2014 World Cup.
Ruiz rifled a shot into the back of the net in the 26th minute to give Guatemala the victory and all but eliminate Antigua from contention.
