FIFA says a group of Chinese journalists have been mugged while covering the World Cup in South Africa.
FIFA spokesman Wolfgang Eichler said Thursday the attack happened in the Johannesburg city center on Wednesday, and police were investigating the incident.
Eichler says ``it happened on the street, so we don't comment on this matter.''
A Chinese media report said four journalists from the central province of Anhui were held up by armed men on Wednesday and robbed of cash and a camera.
