France and Marseille striker Andre-Pierre Gignac has recovered from a groin injury and is likely to play against Rennes on Wednesday.
After missing his club's last two matches, Gignac started to run again last week and trained normally with the rest of the team on Monday.
Marseille coach Didier Deschamps said Gignac will be in his squad for Wednesday's postponed game at Stade Velodrome but didn't say whether he would start.
Defending champion Marseille thrashed Montpellier 4-0 on Saturday to top the standings on goal difference with 25 points from 14 matches, level on points with Lille.
