Rangers and Celtic reached the semifinals of Scotland's League Cup on Wednesday.
A double from Anthony Stokes and Niall McGinn's goal put Celtic 3-0 up inside 13 minutes before it resisted a St. Johnstone fightback to win 3-2.
Sam Parkin reduced the deficit before the break and Murray Davidson headed in the second in the 54th minute.
It was an easier night for Rangers, with goals from Andrew Little and Steven Naismith clinching a 2-0 win over Kilmarnock.
