Gera to return 'fit and strong'

Gera made his second West Brom debut at Arsenal having been sidelined by ankle trouble since his summer return on a free transfer. The 32-year-old was withdrawn before the end of a 3-0 defeat and acknowledges he is still short of match fitness. But he told the club website: "Hungary have two games in the next week so that is good for me. Hopefully, I will come back to The Hawthorns fitter and stronger. "I am happy to be back but the result at Arsenal wasn't good, so on one side I'm happy and on another side I'm not. But I am looking forward to playing more games. "But our squad is definitely stronger than when I left in 2008. There are lots of good players here - not just in the starting line-up but on the bench as well."
