Andy Johnson is a doubt for Fulham after picking up a slight hamstring injury in training. Mousa Dembele (ankle) and Bobby Zamora (leg) are definitely out so Diomansy Kamara could mak his third start of the season. Rafik Halliche (thigh), Frederik Stoor (groin), and Phillipe Senderos (Achilles) are also unavailable for the Cottagers. Birmingham boss Alex McLeish has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the game but Craig Gardner is not ready to return from his ankle injury. Number two goalkeeper Maik Taylor is making good progress with his shoulder problem and is likely to be available for the Carling Cup quarter-final with Aston Villa next Wednesday when Ben Foster's current back-up, Colin Doyle, will be cup-tied. Striker James McFadden remains City's only long-term absentee with his knee ligament injury.
