Central defender Arne Friedrich and midfielder Sami Khedira have missed Germany's training two days before the World Cup semifinal match against Spain.
Friedrich has a right foot problem and Khedira is nursing a left hamstring injury. Both were hurt during Germany's 4-0 win over Argentina in the quarterfinals on Saturday. Friedrich scored a goal in that game.
Coach Joachim Loew had reported earlier Monday that all his players were fit.
Germany plays Spain on Wednesday in Durban.
