FIFA says a whistleblowers' hotline to help fight match-fixing won't now open as planned on Wednesday.
FIFA has cited ''administrative issues'' for the delay, and didn't set a new date to launch the anti-corruption initiative.
FIFA insists it ''remains committed to implementing this measure as soon as possible.''
The hotline was to be run independently by an outside organization and operate throughout 2012.

FIFA is offering a plea-bargaining amnesty for just three months to players, coaches, referees and officials who report their own involvement or connections to fixing scams.
