Cesc Fabregas has been ruled out of Spain's international friendly against Colombia on Wednesday because of a stomach bug.
Spain's football federation says the Arsenal midfielder did not make the trip from London to Madrid, which is hosting the game at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
Fabregas, who played in Arsenal's 4-4 draw with Newcastle on Saturday, is a regular in Spain's team and helped it to a World Cup triumph last July and a European Championship victory in 2008.
