Everton thrashed Fulham 4-0 at Goodison Park on Saturday and took its goal tally to 12 in the last three Premier League matches.
Croatia striker Nikica Jelavic scored twice - including a seventh-minute penalty kick - to make it nine goals in his last seven appearances.
Tim Cahill and Marouane Fellaini also scored for the Toffees.
With manager Martin Jol absent through illness the Cottagers barely put up a fight as Everton added to its 4-0 defeat of Sunderland at home and a 4-4 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

David Moyes' side became the first Everton team since 1964 to score four times in three successive league matches.
Fulham has never won a league match at Goodison Park in 19 attempts.
