PSV Eindhoven scored in the last minute Thursday to beat Sparta Prague 1-0 and become the latest former European champion to advance from the group stage of the Europa League.
Sparta defender Tomas Repka deflected Orlando Engelaar's header into his own net to hand PSV a place in the next round with a game to spare, a day after fellow former European champions Hamburg, Ajax and Benfica all went through.
