Goals from Ahmed Abdul Zaher, Mohammed Naji ''Gado'' and Mohamed Zidan gave Egypt a 3-0 win over Australia in a friendly on Wednesday.
Zaher made it 1-0 in the 29th minute with his first international goal in only his second match for Egypt.
Gado doubled the lead in the 60th minute, a minute after coming on to the pitch. He had scored six goals as a substitute at the African Cup of Nations earlier this year in Angola. Zidan scored a penalty in the 90th after Ahmed Hassan Mekki was fouled.
It was the first loss for Australia coach Holger Osieck since taking over in August.
