Denilson wants Willian at Gunners

The 22-year-old former Brazil Under-20 international is being tipped to leave Ukraine this summer and has been linked with Chelsea and Barcelona. Willian has one year left on his contract and, as the Samba starlet will not be signing an extension, Shakhtar may opt to cash in on his services at the end of the season. Gunners ace Denilson is fully aware of Willian's capabilities having helped Shakhtar into the quarter-finals of this season's Champions League and he believes he would be suited to Arsenal. Arsenal have the skills to beat anyone in England on their day, although many believe they lack the mentality to succeed, but Denilson thinks Willian would bring the will to win to Emirates Stadium. "Willian would be perfect for Arsenal," said Denilson. "I know him well from the Brazil youth team and he had a real winning mentality then. "I've heard Chelsea are interested, but his character could improve our team and his style would fit much better at Arsenal. "We need match-winners at Arsenal and knowing what he does for Shakhtar and the national team I know he could do the same in England. "He has great vision and ability and is one of the best creative players I have played with. "I've spoken to him and told him that he could be a success with us."
