Defender Matteo Contini will join Italian club Siena on loan from Zaragoza.
The 31-year-old Contini said on Tuesday that he was returning to his home country for ''personal reasons'' after two seasons with the Spanish team.
Zaragoza said the loan deal includes an obligatory purchase clause if Siena stays in Serie A this season.
Contini scored one goal in 40 appearance for Zaragoza.

Before moving to Spain, the veteran fullback played for various Italian clubs, including Napoli and Parma.
