Dawson relishes new role

Former Sunderland striker Ryan Noble is to join Championship club Burnley, according to the Peterlee Star.
The 22-year-old, who had loan spells at Hartlepool, Derby and Watford, has reportedly agreed a short-term deal at Turf Moor following his release by the Black Cats.
Clarets coach Sean Dyche has been tracking Noble for some time and he is believed to have impressed when training with Burnley earlier this month.
Scunthorpe player-coach Andy Dawson is hoping to pass on his experience to the Glamford Park youngsters as the Iron prepare for life in League Two.
Left-back Dawson, 34, was persuaded by Scunthorpe boss Brian Laws to return to the club after a decade at Hull. He considered taking up a coaching role with the Tigers, but opted to come back to the Iron.
Dawson told Scunthorpe's official website: "I know the manager really well. It is a good opportunity
"It is part of a learning curve for me and I want to progress as a coach.
"There are a lot of young lads and they have a very good attitude and they always want to learn and that is all I have ever done as a player."
