Slavia Prague says it has agreed to transfer midfielder Milan Cerny to Turkish club Sivasspor.
Slavia's director general Miroslav Platil says Thursday ''there's nothing that could prevent the transfer from completing.'' Cerny has agreed to sign a three-year-contract with Sivasspor.
Now 23, Cerny won the bronze medal with the Czech Republic at the under-21 European Championship in Denmark in June.
No financial details of the deal were revealed.
