Midfielder Petr Zapalac of Czech club Viktoria Zizkov has tested positive for clenbuterol.

Miroslav Dolejs of the Czech Anti-Doping Committee says Zapalac was tested after a league match against Teplice on Sept. 18.

The disciplinary committee of the Czech football federation is expected to suspend the 24-year-old Zapalac on Thursday.

Dolejs says the player faces a ban of up to two years.
