County sign winger Maatsen

Sky Sports understands Wigan are closing in on the signings of Burnley duo Chris McCann and Martin Paterson.
The Latics are looking to rebuild in the Championship under new boss Owen Coyle following their relegation from the Premier League last month.
Coyle has pinpointed the pair, who he knows well from his time in charge at Turf Moor as both players were part of the squad that won promotion to the top flight back in 2009.
McCann and Paterson are both available on free transfers.
McCann has made more than 250 appearances for the Clarets but the midfielder is set to move on after nine years at the club.
Paterson has enjoyed a five-year stay at Burnley himself but the forward is also heading for the exit and looks set to choose Wigan ahead of a host of other Championship clubs.
The 22-year-old is set to be among a number of players from Holland arriving in Dingwall.
County will also confirm a deal with 25-year-old midfielder Melvin de Leeuw when his contract with Cambuur expires.
Manager Derek Adams told the club's official website: "I am delighted to have signed Darren. He is a quick and skilful player who will suit our style of play next season."
Adams is looking to rebuild his squad after midfielders Iain Vigurs and Paul Lawson joined Motherwell, while Andre Hainault, Evangelos Oikonomou, Mark Fotheringham and Steffen Wohlfarth are not expected back next season.
County are also involved in a dispute with St Johnstone over the future of Richard Brittain after registering him with the Scottish Football Association for next season despite the midfielder having signed a pre-contract deal at McDiarmid Park.
