Corinthians keep rolling with 3-0 win over Joinville

SAO PAULO (AP) Corinthians overwhelmed Joinville 3-0 on Sunday to stay safely on top in Brazil's first division.
Malcolm, Uendel and Vanger Love scored goals for the Sao Paulo club to move it five points clear of Belo Horizonte's Atletico-MG. Corinthians have 54 points in 25 league matches.
Atletico-MG lost ground with a 1-1 draw against Cruzeiro. Carlos scored for Atletico-MG and Willian had Cruzeiro's lone goal.
In other results Sunday it was: Ponte 3, Santos 1; Vasco 2, Atletico-PR 0; Gremio 1, Sao Paulo 2; Chapecoense 1, Flamengo 3; Avai 2, Goias 1; Sport 1, Fluminense 0.
On Saturday: Coritiba had a 1-0 home loss to Inter 1 and Palmeiras downed Figueirense 2-0.
Gremio stayed in third place, nine points off the lead despite losing 2-1 at Sao Paulo. Everton scored Gremio's only goal with Rogerio and Alexandre Pato scoring for Sao Paulo.
Flamengo and Sao Paulo are tied for fourth place, 13 points off the lead.
Paulinho, Kayke and Canteros scored in Flamengo's 3-1 victory over Chapecoense.
Palmeiras is level with Chapeconese with 38 points, a whopping 16 behind the leaders. Jackson and Ze Roberto scored for Palmeiras in its Saturday victory over Figueirense.
Ricardo Oliveira of Santos leads scorers with 16 league goals. Lucas Pratto of Atletico-MG has 10, followed by Alexandre Pato of Sao Paulo and Jadson of Corinthians, both with nine.
