Zoran Tosic scored both goals Friday as Cologne beat Bochum 2-0 to
all but make sure of avoiding relegation in the Bundesliga.
Bochum is without a win in nine games and remained one point
above the relegation zone. It could drop into it when the 31st
round is completed over the weekend.
Tosic picked up a long pass, broke free and rounded Bochum's
goalkeeper Philipp Heerwagen to slot home from a sharp angle in the
15th minute.
The Serbia international, who is on loan from Manchester
United, sealed Cologne's third home victory of the season - and the
first since December - with a superb finish after swapping passes
with Lukas Podolski in the 77th.
