Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair is undergoing treatment in hospital for a blood clot on his shoulder.
City manager Roberto Mancini said on Saturday that Sinclair, who played for Britain in last year's London Olympics, ''had a problem yesterday, (but) I don't think it is a bad situation and it is under control.''
The 24-year-old Sinclair was taken ill during training on Friday and didn't travel with the squad for Saturday's Premier League game at Swansea.
Mancini said on Friday that Sinclair could move this summer after securing limited first-team action in his first season at City.
