The youngster, who is regarded as one of England's brightest talents, joined from Southampton in the summer transfer window. The 18-year-old made his Premier League debut off the bench in last week's humiliating 8-2 defeat to champions Manchester United. The England Under-21 international is not worrying about the result, as his primary focus is on working as hard as possible to impress Wenger. "He's just told me I need to put pressure on him, impress him in training and that's all I can do," he told the club's official website. "He's just bought some new players now and I understand it's going to be hard for me, but I'm a young lad coming into the club and I understand I've got a lot of hard work to do to try and impress him." Chamberlain is surrounded by world-class talent at Emirates Stadium and he insists he has settled in really well having been welcomed into the fold. "I've settled in well," he continued. "At first I was a little apprehensive going in maybe, but all the boys have welcomed me nicely and I'm getting into the swing of things. "I understand there is a lot of hard work to establish myself and get in amongst it, but it's going well for me."
