Cerci and Bertolo get 3-match bans in Serie A

Fiorentina midfielder Alessio Cerci and Palermo midfielder Nicolas Bertolo have each been banned for three Serie A matches.

Cerci was sent off for kicking Juventus defender Paolo De Ceglie in the backside during a 5-0 loss Saturday and Bertolo was shown a red card for head-butting Lecce's Gennaro Delvecchio in a 1-1 draw Sunday in which both sides finished with 10 men.

Also Tuesday, the Italian league gave Udinese forward Antonio Floro Flores a two-match ban and Lazio coach Edy Reja a one-game suspension for protests.

Udinese coach Francesco Guidolin was given only a warning and a ?3,000 ($4,000) fine after being sent off for protests during a 2-2 draw with Napoli.
