Victory at the DW Stadium would not be enough to take the Latics out of the relegation places but it would put pressure on the teams above them. "Everyone knows it's a huge game, we know what's at stake and we know what's needed to make sure we keep in touch with the teams around us," Caldwell told Wigan's official website. "Despite the enormity of the game we can't afford to apprehensive, we have to look forward to it and ready to have a go at them. It's the biggest game since I arrived at the club. "It's a big challenge, we know that, but we also know that when we play at our best we can beat any team in this league. "That's the confidence we have going into the final nine games."
