With the Clarets destined for an immediate return to the Championship, no-one from the club has spoken with the Scotland international over his future. The 29-year-old now believes it may be time for a fresh challenge, although he admits there is still time for discussions to take place. Caldwell said: "I just go about my business waiting for people to speak to me but it's never happened. "Maybe it is because I've been injured. But for three-and-a-half years I've been a prominent figure at this club. "What we achieved last season was fantastic. "I'm a bit disappointed that nothing has been forthcoming. I am always willing to listen, but like I said, things change and people move on."
