The Confederation of African Football has moved Libya's home Cup of Nations qualifier against Mozambique to the Egyptian capital Cairo.

African football's ruling body said Saturday's Group C match would also be played without fans.

Libya's national team played its last 2012 African Cup of Nations home qualifier against Comoros in Mali and hasn't had an international match in its own country since the uprising against Moammar Gadhafi began.

Despite the upheaval at home, Libya is unbeaten in qualifying to trail group leader Zambia by a point after two wins and two draws.

Libya's position as host of the 2013 Cup of Nations is in doubt, however. CAF will discuss the troubled country's staging of the tournament at its executive committee meeting on Sept. 28.
