Bullard has been dogged by injury since his club-record signing from Fulham in January 2009. The 31-year-old showed flashes of his brilliance this season upon his return from knee surgery - but was unable to help the Tigers secure their Premier League status. Bullard missed the last two games of the season with an ankle problem and also suffered a major knee injury at Fulham. But the £5million man is ready to play a full part in pre-season training and is eager to be firing on all cylinders for Hull's return to the Championship. "I haven't had a pre-season for a couple of years now," he told Sky Sports News. "My knee's 100 per cent so I'll give it a go, see if I can get a bit fitter, and hopefully get a full season under my belt." Bullard has made just 15 appearances since signing for Hull, scoring four goals, although the club have said they will consider serious offers of a permanent transfer or a loan deal for the former Wigan man as they aim to cut their wage bill this summer.
