Brunt: Baggies deserve more credit

The Baggies enter the latest round of Premier League fixtures in the lofty position of sixth in the table after increasing their unbeaten run to five games in last weekend's 2-2 draw against Manchester United. Roberto Di Matteo's take on Fulham at The Hawthorns on Saturday and Albion head into the game high on confidence - especially as their last outing against a London club saw them beat Arsenal in their own backyard. And Brunt claims too much attention has been paid to how the leading teams have performed against West Brom rather than giving the promoted Midlanders the plaudits. The Northern Ireland international said: "When 'little West Brom' are getting results here and there, it's a natural response for everybody to say, 'The big clubs haven't played well'. "It's only natural with the size of clubs that Arsenal and Manchester United are, that people pick fault with them. "But we deserved our win at the Emirates Stadium and we deserved our point at Old Trafford and we probably could have got more from the Spurs game if you take away the first 20 minutes." The influential midfielder added: "We definitely deserve to be where we are in the table and we could have had even more points. "You just get on with it. We're better off staying under the radar and getting on with our own business."
