ESPN's World Cup coverage will have a British accent. The network announced Monday that Martin Tyler, one of the top soccer announcers in the United Kingdom, will be the lead play-by-play voice for ESPN's English-language broadcasts in the U.S. during next year's tournament from South Africa. Tyler has been with the London-based Sky Sports network since its launch in 1991.
