Henrique scored twice in the final 10 minutes to lead Brazil to a 2-0 victory over Mexico on Wednesday and a place in the final of the Under-20 World Cup.
Henrique scored with a header in the 80th minute and then slotted home an 8-meter (yard) shot from a cross for the clinching goal.
Brazil's opponent in Saturday's final in Bogota will be Portugal, which defeated France 2-0 in the day's other semifinal.
Brazil is chasing its fifth Under-20 title after losing the final two years ago against Ghana in Egypt.
Saturday's game will come 20 years after the previous Under-20 final between former colony and colonizer, which Portugal won on penalties with a team that boasted the likes of Luis Figo, Rui Costa and Joao Pinto.
Wednesday's game was evenly contested until the final 20 minutes when Brazil started to turn up the pressure.
The scoreless first half was closely fought with both sides having chances. Mexico's Erick Torres had the best opening in the first half when he broke clear to be one-on-one with goalkeeper Gabriel in the 32nd minute but shot wide of the far post.
Gabriel played most of the match with a swollen, black eye after being unintentionally kicked by Torres when he went down to smother a ball in the 16th minute.
Mexico's Edson Rivera had Mexico's best chance early in the second half, but was stopped in the 62nd by Gabriel with a point-blank save.
Brazil took the ascendancy in midfield late in the match. In the 76th Dudu broke in from the left side and forced Mexico keeper Jose Rodriguez into a diving save. Henrique headed wide just a minute later, and Mexico's Ulises Davila came close a minute after that before Henrique finally broke the deadlock.
His second goal was perfectly executed. Danilo tapped a quick pass to Dudu, who crossed to Henrique to finish perfectly for his fifth goal of the tournament.
The loss ended a great recent run of tournament results for Mexico: the senior team defeated the United States in the Gold Cup final in June, and the Aztecs defeated Uruguay in the Under-17 World Cup final in July.
