Birmingham captain Stephen Carr will miss out due to a sore knee. Manager Chris Hughton has elected to leave Carr at home to rest the problem, with a heavy schedule of Championship matches on the horizon. Hughton has named a 20-man squad for the penultimate game in Group H, including Morgaro Gomis who is available again after a month out with a calf injury. There are also places in the travelling party for youngsters Nathan Redmond and Akwasi Asante, plus a first inclusion in the squad this season for Spanish midfielder Enric Valles. Jordan Mutch and Liam Ridgewell remain on the sidelines with ankle and thigh problems respectively. Victory for Birmingham would ensure their passage through to the next round.
