Brazil-born forward Edivaldo Rojas was summoned by Bolivia on Wednesday for friendlies next month against Paraguay.

National coach Gustavo Quinteros - an Argentine by birth - gave a first-time callup to Rojas for matches on June 4 and 7 against Paraguay. Rojas will be hoping to stay in the squad for the Copa America - the South American championship - which opens on July 1 in Argentina.

Bolivia faces Argentina in the tournament curtainraiser in La Plata, 70 miles (45 miles) southeast of Buenos Aires. Colombia and Costa Rica also play in Group A.
