Blanco starts TV program

Cuauhtemoc Blanco, perhaps the key player on Mexico's team for the
World Cup, will begin his own television program in the next few
days.
Blanco's program will be called "La Hora de Cuauhtemoc
(Cuauhtemoc's Hour)" and will be shown beginning Feb. 1 on Fox
Sports. The one-hour Spanish-language program will be available
throughout Latin America and the United States.
Fox TV on Thursday said the programming would consist of
famous people - actors, singers, comedians and other sports figures
- talking and debating football.
"We feel very honored to welcome to our screen one of the
greatest players in the history of Mexican football," said Fausto
Ceballos, vice president of programming for Fox Sports.
Blanco left the Chicago Fire of the MLS after last season and
is playing this season with Veracruz in Mexico's second division.
