Coach Laurent Blanc has denied Paris St Germain have approached Dani Alves, but has done little to dampen reports of his interest in the Barcelona full-back.
Alves is out of contract this summer and has been linked with a switch to the Parc des Princes.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of Wednesday's Champions League clash between the two sides, for which Alves is suspended, Blanc said: "There has not been a concrete offer for Dani Alves.
"He is a Barcelona player and it would not be the best moment to contact him.
"He has a commitment with Barca, we also do from here to the end of the season and we are not yet in the transfer window.
"He will not be there Wednesday but he is one of the best right-backs in the world."
Serge Aurier and Gregory van der Wiel are Blanc's right-back options in his current squad.
