Sunderland are set to lose Jordan Henderson to Liverpool but the midfielder's £20million transfer fee will at least give Steve Bruce the funds he needs to re-shape his squad this summer. Seb Larsson and Keiren Westwood are on the verge of free-transfer moves to the Stadium of Light, and Sky Sports News claims the Black Cats have now lodged a bid of around £12million for Brown, O'Shea and Gibson. Sir Alex Ferguson is said to be willing to let the trio move on, with the players themselves now set to decide whether they wish to seek pastures now or fight for their places at Old Trafford.
