Benyon relishing Howe link-up

Barcelona striker David Villa has returned to hospital as he continues to suffer pain from kidney stones.
The 31-year-old was admitted to hospital to have the stones removed on Monday and was released a day later, but a statement from Barca on Wednesday morning said he had returned to be kept under observation.
The statement read: "The club's medical services have released a statement explaining that David Villa has been readmitted to the Hospital of
Barcelona 'due to the persistence of the pain caused by the renal colic he is suffering and to keep him under observation'.
"He has been ruled out of Saturday's league game against Granada."
Benyon, who returned for a second spell at Plainmoor on loan from Southend, played for 45 minutes in the 3-1 defeat against Rotherham on Tuesday.
And the Gulls' striking options will be boosted by the return of Howe, who has scored 14 times this season, after he served a two-match ban for 10 yellow cards.
"I am looking forward to playing with him definitely," Benyon said. "Rene is a good player, he has proved that with his goals this season and his hold up play. He will be a great player to work with."
Benyon's second-half run out against the Millers was his first league appearance since mid-January and he believes that game time will benefit him as he looks to return to full fitness.
"It was definitely good to get 45 minutes under my belt," he said. "I haven't played much football this year so I'm sure the more I play the fitter I'll get and the sharper I'll get.
"Coming back has gone well. I'm glad to be back involved at Torquay so roll on Saturday."
Torquay head to Spotland having won just once since December 1, a run which has seen them slip to within seven points of the League Two relegation zone.
