Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is shrugging aside the German champion's stumbling start to the season and says the team will soon be back to top form.
Bayern is ninth in the Bundesliga with five points from four games - including back-to-back 0-0 draws at home against Werder Bremen and FC Cologne. The team has scored only two goals.
Rummenigge told Tuesday's edition of the Bild daily that he "will start looking at the table after the 12th match at the earliest - then all the teams will have found their rhythm."
Rummenigge says he is "convinced that we will reach 100 percent in the not-too-distant future," adding "everyone can expect that at some point we will then lead the table again."
