Barcelona says Bojan Krkic and Maxwell have both recovered from injury and are ready to join the squad for the final stretch of the season.
Spanish striker Bojan missed the past month with a ligament injury, while back pains kept Brazilian defender Maxwell sidelined for two weeks.
Barcelona can clinch its third straight Spanish league title if Real Madrid fails to beat Getafe on Tuesday or through a draw at Levante the following day.
The Catalan club then plays Manchester United in the Champions League final on May 28 in London.
