Barcelona says midfielder Andres Iniesta has recovered from his leg injury and is fit to play.
Iniesta had been sidelined for three weeks after pulling a muscle in his left leg during Barcelona's Champions League match against AC Milan.
The European champions are still waiting for defender Eric Abidal and new signings Cesc Fabregas and Alexis Sanchez to recover from their respective injuries.
Midfielder Ibrahim Afellay will be out for six months after undergoing surgery to repair a torn ligament on Monday.
