Barcelona says it has been fined €110,000 ($148,000) by UEFA because of incidents during its European Super Cup victory over FC Porto in August.

Barcelona says it was fined for emerging onto the Stade Louis II field after halftime two minutes late and for the 10 flares lit by Barcelona fans during the match.

The Spanish champions have until Sunday to appeal the decision.

Lionel Messi and Cesc Fabregas scored in Barcelona's 2-0 victory over Porto in a match between the Champions League and Europa League winners.
