Atalanta captain Cristiano Doni has been banned for three games by
the Italian league after being sent off for insulting a referee at
the weekend.
The incident occurred in Atalanta's 1-0 loss to Parma on
Sunday.
After receiving a red card, Doni walked off ironically
applauding the referee.
