Teenage Arsenal striker Wellington has been loaned to Spanish league side Levante until the end of the season.
The 18-year-old Brazilian, who represented his country at the Under-17 World Cup in 2009, has not been granted a work permit by the English Football Association due to his age and the fact he has yet to represent Brazil's senior national team.
Arsenal says ''the club is confident it is the best approach for developing Wellington's potential.''
Wellington is not guaranteed to be awarded a work permit in the immediate future due to the rules of the FA and FIFA.
